This session is designed to “hit the spot” on any specific area of challenge or interest in your life. I will help you to identify the root cause of your challenges and then provide you with the tools to tackle whatever is preventing you from reaching your goals. This includes ALL troublesome life transition (relationships, parenting, education change, and more). Get ready to make positive and lasting changes in your life This can consists of one 50-minute session or a series of 15-minute sessions over 3-6 months to implement a quick alignment and stop self sabotage in your daily life. Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 24 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with LESS than 24 hours notice, or fail to show up, you WILL be charged for the appointment.
